The controller for personal data collected through this site is TORRES, reachable at itorres@jikseo.fr.

When you use the contact form, the following data is collected:

• Your email address (required, to enable a reply).
• The content of the message you send us.
• Minimal technical data tied to your connection (IP address, browser type), strictly necessary for service security.

• Reply to your contact request.
• Guarantee the security and proper operation of the service.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

The processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you contact us via the form, and on our legitimate interest in securing the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Contact messages are kept for 3 years from the last exchange, unless deletion is requested. Technical data (logs) is kept for 6 months.

The collected data is only accessible to the site publisher and to its technical sub-processor, Celwork (TODO_LEGAL_NAME) (https://celwork.co), which hosts the messaging and form. No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Under GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data:
